I offer 45-minute virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals who want to cope with anxiety, depression, and unhealthy daily copings. My approach fosters resilience and equips you to navigate challenges with confidence and balance. I'm fluent in harm reduction, substance use recovery, and trauma-informed care.
Healing from relational and complex trauma asks for corrective emotional experiences and consistency in healthier relationships. I am here to witness your growth and provide support along your journey.

Insurance Billing
I accept most insurances and bill through third-party platforms to ensure minimum errors or denials.
*I've spent most of my career working in non-profit setting, and I'd like to continue offering affordable mental health care to clients who are in need. Don't hesitate to discuss sliding scale fee during our consultation.
